The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and oversight of solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support the alignment of human resources with the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Analyze workforce needs and assist in developing plans to improve productivity and performance. Implement technological solutions and processes to optimize talent allocation and management. Monitor key performance indicators related to the workforce. Support change management and staff training related to new tools or processes. Requirements: Final-year student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with expected graduation by December 2026. Knowledge of human resources management tools and software. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset. Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
