Support change management and staff training related to new tools or processes. Requirements: Final-year student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with expected graduation by December 2026. Knowledge of human resources management tools and software. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
