The Opportunity: As a Workforce Technology- Payroll Implementation - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to assess HR processes, policies, and systems, providing guidance on HR transformation and technology implementation. Within our Workforce Consulting practice, you will focus on optimizing HR functions to align with business objectives and enhance service quality. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role, you will leverage your critical thinking to break down complex concepts and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas. Your work will involve interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, upholding professional and technical standards, and reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing client HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Developing and implementing HR technology solutions to enhance service delivery and align with business objectives
- Collaborating with clients to assess and transform HR functions, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness
- Providing guidance on HR transformation strategies and technology implementation
- Managing and inspiring junior team members to deliver quality work and grow their skills
- Building meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex HR concepts and provide actionable insights
- Engaging in stakeholder management to facilitate successful HR technology adoption
- Supporting clients in navigating organizational change and enhancing employee engagement
- Applying knowledge of payroll legislation and software to optimize payroll processes and compliance
What You Must Have:
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart:
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
- Demonstrating skills in Human Resources (HR) Technology Solution Architecture
- Utilizing analytical thinking for complex problem-solving
- Engaging in strategic human resource planning and transformation

Travel Requirements: Up to 60%
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
