We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically skilled Data Migration & Validation Specialist to support a data migration and validation project. You will help ensure faculty data is accurately captured, validated, documented, and maintained throughout the project. What You’ll Do * Transcribe data elements from faculty appointment letters into spreadsheets and designated systems. * Perform detailed data quality reviews, validation, and reconciliation. * Identify, document, and track discrepancies or inconsistencies. * Maintain accurate project records and supporting documentation. * Research and resolve data issues, escalating complex or sensitive items as appropriate. * Work with internal stakeholders to clarify data and ensure accuracy. * Handle sensitive faculty and personnel information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. * Support broader data migration and validation activities throughout the project. What We’re Looking For * Strong technical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Advanced proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet software. * Experience working with large or complex datasets and performing data validation/quality checks. * Ability to accurately interpret source documents and transfer information into structured datasets. * Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments. * Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive personnel information.
