Support CI/CD processes, configuration management, security remediation, and Section 508 compliance. Collaborate with business users, developers, testers, and government stakeholders. Required Qualifications 5-10 years of Java development experience. Strong expertise with Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, Bootstrap, and jQuery. Experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and application/database integration. Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD, and production support. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience modernizing Java/Spring applications. OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure experience. Familiarity with Splunk, Business Objects, Databricks, and analytics/reporting tools. Experience supporting FISMA compliance, vulnerability remediation, audits, and accessibility requirements. Prior IRS, Treasury, or federal government experience.
