PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Poultry Processing Supervisor supervises production line/ department personnel to ensure all procedures are followed in compliance with Company policies (i.e. HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, etc.) and Federal and State regulations (i.e. USDA, OSHA, etc.)
