Are you a hands on problem solver who thrives on variety? Join our dynamic maintenance team where no two days are the same an your technical skills make a real impact on production success! What Youll Do: Diagnose malfunctions, dismantle equipment, replace or fabricate parts,and restore machinery to optimal performance using precision tools and technical documentation. Execute scheduled maintenance programs, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently before problems arise. Troubleshoot PLC hardware/software, NC/CNC controls, power distribution systems, and electro mechanical circuits using advanced diagnostic tools. Maintain building infrastructure including HVAC, plumbing, and grounds (yes, even snow removal!). Install new equipment, run conduit and wiring, interpret blueprints, and commission systems for safe operation.
