Your responsibilities will include: * Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. * Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, quality control) for seamless project delivery. * Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures and inspections to maintain our high standards. * Logistics & Expediting: Oversee logistics, manage shipping schedules, and expedite materials and processes to meet project deadlines. * Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations. * Design: Apply strong design skills for flat patterns The Ideal Project Manager will have a strong Fabrication Supervisory background or Engineering Expertise! * Ideal candidate will have experience with CNC Laser Programming: Proficiency in fabrication and software for laser cutting operations, generating flat patterns, and experience with press brakes. * Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical 3D drawings, models, and specifications. Preferred proficiency in Solidworks and Metamation highly preferred * Management: Proven experience in a supervisory capacity is required. * Expediting: Expertise in expediting materials, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring timely project completion. * Inspection: Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures for sheet metal fabrication. * Logistics: Understanding of logistics and supply chain management for efficient project execution. * Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
