Role Summary 


Join our team as an AEM Full Stack Developer, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and supporting the Global Information Technology Marketing Digital Content Organization and its cutting-edge technologies. Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate closely with 3rd party vendors, agencies, and dynamic cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and propel our digital marketing initiatives forward.


Responsibilities



  • Develop, implement, and configure web content management solutions using AEM As Cloud Service and technologies such as Java, HTML/DHTML/HTL Slightly, Advanced JavaScript, CSS, Sass, Less, React, Next JS ,Node JS, Vue, Nuxt JS, Angular, and API Web services.


  • Develop and configure Components, templates, workflow , site setup and dispatcher configurations including production support and maintenance


  • Create and maintain the Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layer , front-end architectural frameworks that also includes headless architecture through Single Page Applications and AEM Universal Editors 


  • Develop and Integrations of various downstream systems, APIs and personalization through Adobe Target and other technologies 


  • Configure CI/CD Pipeline through Github/GitAction and Adobe cloud manager


  • Assist internal and vendor teams in achieving strategic e-business objectives through technology solution implementation while delivering high-quality development services to meet growing marketing needs.


  • Provide input for engagement estimates and execute engagements following Agile methodologies, including SCRUM.


  • Continuously improve through internally and externally available learning opportunities and self-study.



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.


  • Minimum of 6 years of web development experience with at least 3 years of experience in AEM As Cloud Service, backend Java and full stack development



Preferred Qualifications


 Technical Skills: 



  • Core Tech:  Java/J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, Sass, Less, Groovy scripting


  • JS Frameworks: React, Next JS, Node JS, Vue, Nuxt JS, Angular


  • Architectural Proficiency: Competence in Headless and Traditional AEM, Universal Editor, Front End Architecture Framework, BFF layers, and API Web services


  • Platforms: AEM As Cloud Service, Apache Dispatcher administration, Github/GitActions, Adobe Cloud Manager and Latest IDE with Vibe Coding


  • Methodologies: Object-Oriented Programming (Java), Agile/SCRUM


  • Certification: AEM Developer or Lead Developer Certification (Preferred)


  • Excellent verbal and written communication, customer relationship-building skills, adaptability, and strong adherence to delivery methodology and deliverable generation.




Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $110,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
