Contract Analyst Programmer (C40276) - Java, Linux, Govt
To implement, manage and provide maintenance support to various projects and application systems in the department.
Duties:
Serve contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the department;
Perform SA&D, implementation and integration, conduct various kinds of system testing, installation, infrastructure design and technical support to various projects and systems throughout the SDLC;
Provide on-going maintenance support to a number of the systems;
Manage and coordinate with the contractors and related parties in supporting new projects and existing systems;
Provide on-call support to tackle urgent system and application incidents for the supported systems;
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Requirements:
The candidate shall possess the following skills:
Experience in IT Application Development and Management, Linux System Administration, system implementation and maintenance & support;
Experience in Structured Query Language and J2EE;
Experience in working with/in the Government, Management and Support of Government Systems & Service;
The candidate with the following skills is preferred:
Experience in Project Management, IT Procurement, vendor management;
Security checking is required.
