Responsibilities:
• Acquire business and system requirements, providing technical solutions to address business challenges.
• Collect requirements from users and design, develop, and implement systems or utility programs to align with the company’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Perform testing, documentation, and application system support.
• Monitor and respond promptly to business user requests related to application usage, reporting, and data analytics.
• Apply advanced analytical methods and data visualization techniques to solve business problems using reporting software such as Jasper Reports or Power BI.
• Hands-on develop and maintain web applications using React, Node.js and PHP to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Design and manage databases using MySQL and Oracle SQL to support application development and reporting needs.
• Implement and manage robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and Python to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and automation workflows to ensure timely execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or above in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a system analyst or in related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle SQL, MySQL), and Python is essential; Basic understanding of OOP, experience with Java or C# is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in web-based development, particularly with React, Node.js, WordPress, PHP, and Power Apps, as well as Power Automate.
• Experience in data model design, building, and deployment in Power BI or other data visualization tools, utilizing RDBMS and related ETL tools.
• Familiarity with UiPath and experience in implementing RPA solutions is a plus.
• Effective communication skills to understand business needs and challenges, with the ability to translate those needs into technical requirements.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and detail-oriented mindset, with high sense of ownership and responsibility for the applications and data pipeline
