Job Description
Collaborate with product owners and business users to gather requirements, analyze system needs, and design scalable technical solutions that align with business goals.
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications across the full stack using ReactJS for front-end interfaces and Go (Golang) for back-end APIs and services.
Advocate for engineering best practices by conducting code reviews, implementing unit and integration testing, and maintaining system documentation.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code review feedback to junior and mid-level developers to ensure high code quality.
Support the VP of Implementation and Support Services in system architecture enhancement, troubleshooting, and continuous application improvement.
Job Requirements
Possess at least 5 years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, business-critical applications.
Demonstrate strong front-end proficiency in ReactJS, including hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), and modern ES6+ syntax.
Demonstrate strong back-end experience with Go (Golang), focusing on concurrency, interfaces, and building RESTful or gRPC APIs.
Possess an analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
Experience with Kubernetes, Azure cloud services, microservices architecture, or messaging queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is preferred.
