Job Description
  • Collaborate with product owners and business users to gather requirements, analyze system needs, and design scalable technical solutions that align with business goals.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications across the full stack using ReactJS for front-end interfaces and Go (Golang) for back-end APIs and services.
  • Advocate for engineering best practices by conducting code reviews, implementing unit and integration testing, and maintaining system documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code review feedback to junior and mid-level developers to ensure high code quality.
  • Support the VP of Implementation and Support Services in system architecture enhancement, troubleshooting, and continuous application improvement.

Job Requirements
  • Possess at least 5 years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, business-critical applications.
  • Demonstrate strong front-end proficiency in ReactJS, including hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), and modern ES6+ syntax.
  • Demonstrate strong back-end experience with Go (Golang), focusing on concurrency, interfaces, and building RESTful or gRPC APIs.
  • Possess an analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Azure cloud services, microservices architecture, or messaging queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is preferred.
