Senior Analyst Programmer (Java, Insurance)

Leading insurance company in Hong Kong with a thriving presence across Asia and Africa.

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java and jQuery
• Handle BAU activities including issue fixing, system support and minor enhancements. Participate in system design and architecture discussions
• Support infrastructure‑related tasks and coordinate with infra teams
• Manage and liaise with vendors on delivery and issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams for system improvements and troubleshooting

• Solid experience in Java backend development
• Familiar with jQuery and front‑end development
• Exposure to system design, infrastructure, and vendor management
• Experience in maintenance / support environment preferred
• Good attitude, proactive and willing to support BAU tasks
