Key Responsibilities
- Monitor outsourcing contractors executing computer audits and feasibility studies for future EPR development; coordinate application development and system testing with the EPR contractor.
- Develop, support, and maintain systems used to manage the setup process
- Coordinate comprehensive computer and security audit exercises to safeguard election technology systems.
- Handle the procurement process for various IT equipment, software, and technical services.
- Carry out additional technical duties and ad-hoc task execution as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
- At least 3 years of experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Application Development and Management and SQL / MSSQL
- At least 2 years of experience in PHP & web programming
- At least 2 years of experience conducting Information System Studies and managing IT Security & using Project Management and Issue Tracking Systems
- Good communication skills
