Key Responsibilities:
- Application Monitoring:
- Perform web monitoring using tools like New Relic.
- Issue Resolution:
- Resolve Business-As-Usual (BAU) tickets and support end users.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and escalate as needed.
- Deployment and Maintenance:
- Deploy new releases and coordinate with platform teams for new service introductions.
- Manage Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, and SSL certificate renewal processes.
- Create an Manage AWS Services like S3, EC2, IAM assuring to follow IT security standards
- Knowledge Management:
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Product Owners, vendors, and internal teams (e.g., PAAS, Federation, DataOps) for issue resolution and platform updates.
- Update and manage secrets in CyberArk Vault.
- Change Management:
- Handle platform-related enhancements or infrastructure changes in collaboration with internal teams.
- Use JIRA to track and manage change requests, enhancements, and BAU tasks.
- Genestack Application Support:
- Issue Resolution and Role Management: Address support tickets and manage user roles and permissions.
- Release and Maintenance: Coordinate new releases, ensure system stability, and manage storage requirements.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain and update support documentation, plans, and internal resources.
Mandatory Skills
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases like MySQL, Redshift, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
- Cloud and Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, IAM, Athena)
- Containerization and Orchestration: Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
- Collaboration and Tools: Familiarity with process tools like JIRA and Confluence, and experience working in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Java
- DevOps Expertise: Experience with CI/CD tools, release management, and process migrations.
- Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and experience collaborating with global teams.
- Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban, or SAFe.
Desirable
- Bachelor or master's degree in computer science or IT related discipline with relevant total of 3-5 years of experience in IT industry.
