Responsibilities and Qualifications
As a Senior Application Support Engineer for the bank's Client Lifecycle Management system, you will be the key expert for Level 3 application support, ensuring consistent and accurate service delivery. Your focus is on maintaining and optimizing the solution, managing incidents and problems, and ensuring operational readiness.
You will work in an agile organization, supporting multi-tier applications and performing root cause analysis. This requires strong experience with database concepts (PL/SQL, SQL) for troubleshooting, as well as basic Java understanding and Linux/Unix administration skills for tasks such as navigating file systems, analyzing logs, and managing configurations.
You will collaborate closely with application users, IT Service Owners, and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth operations and high availability.
