Role Description
We are still looking for top talent for a Senior Application Support Engineer for the bank's Client Lifecycle Management system.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 application support for the Client Lifecycle Management system.
- Maintain and optimize the solution, managing incidents and problems, ensuring operational readiness.
- Support multi-tier applications in an agile organization and perform root cause analysis.
- Utilise database concepts (PL/SQL, SQL) for troubleshooting.
- Apply basic Java understanding and Linux/Unix administration skills for file system navigation, log analysis, and configuration management.
- Collaborate closely with application users, IT Service Owners, and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth operations and high availability.
- Support release and product lifecycle management.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in Level 3 application support within an agile organization.
- Strong understanding of database development concepts (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) for troubleshooting.
- Banking knowledge in CRM, account opening, and compliance.
- Basic Java knowledge for application-level analysis.
- Solid Linux/Unix administration skills (logs, scripts, navigation).
- Experience in Release and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Familiarity with operating standard software and parameterization.
