What You'll Own

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow) across a diverse portfolio of client entities.
  • Month-End & Year-End Close: Drive close processes for assigned clients with precision, ensuring everything is accurate, on time, and fully compliant.
  • Bookkeeping & General Ledger Oversight: Keep the books clean and current, owning daily transaction recording, reconciliations, and GL integrity end to end.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner directly with senior leadership on budgeting and variance analysis, delivering insights that shape real decisions for the firm and its clients.
  • Compliance & Internal Controls: Strengthen internal controls, coordinate with external auditors, and manage tax-related activities including estimated payments and filings.
  • Team & Process Leadership: Guide junior accounting staff while sharpening workflows and systems to scale the team's impact.


What You Bring

  • Required: Family office, business management, or private wealth experience.
  • 6+ years of accounting experience with clear progression into a senior or leadership capacity. Big 4 or public accounting background a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with platforms common in family office/business management settings, such as AgilLink or QuickBooks.
  • A polished, highly organized professional who knows how to serve high-net-worth clients with discretion and care, strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate financial detail into clear communication for leadership and client teams alike.
