Job Description
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Oversee general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and support while fostering a collaborative environment. Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy. Partner with operations and leadership to support business growth, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies. Support audits and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial initiatives as needed.
