Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Automation Developer with strong expertise in Python to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, software quality, and business processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in scripting, workflow automation, API integration, test automation, and scalable automation framework development.
Key Responsibilities
. Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python
. Build reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and utilities
. Automate business processes, system workflows, and repetitive tasks
. Develop and maintain API integrations and backend automation services
. Create automation for web applications, APIs, and data processing pipelines
. Collaborate with QA, business, and development teams to improve automation coverage
. Troubleshoot and optimize automation scripts for performance and reliability
. Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines
. Prepare technical documentation and maintain coding standards
. Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities
Required Skills
. Strong hands-on experience in Python programming
. Experience in API automation and RESTful services
. Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
. Experience with Git version control
. Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting
. Understanding of SDLC, automation architecture, and coding best practices
