Senior Backend Engineer – Cloud Native (Node.js + Kubernetes)
We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our Backend Microservices team.
- The team develops an Azure SaaS solution for connecting bots to our high-performance SIP applications.
- The team develops large-scale microservices applications, primarily using Node.js and NestJS, with a strong focus on scalability and performance.
- We work in a modern cloud-native environment, leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Azure to build and operate production-grade systems.
Job Description:
- Full-time position
- Develop and maintain backend microservices in Node.js (NestJS)
- Work with DevOps and cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth delivery and operations
- Production Kubernetes experience (deploying, debugging, scaling)
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve development productivity and code quality
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance across services and environments
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of services
- strong motivation to learn and work with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend development experience in Node.js (Nest.js preferred)
- Familiarity with Git and Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes tooling (manifests, pods lifecycle, kubectl)
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Using AI tools in development process (Copilot)
Nice To Have:
- Hands-on work with Terraform and cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth delivery and operations
- Knowledge of Helm charts
- Database experience (SQL and MongoDB)
- Experience with networking concepts (routing, NAT, TLS, proxies, DNS)
