Our leading SMS marketing automation platform integrates with CRMs to deliver personalized campaigns, intelligent appointment scheduling, and AI-powered engagement — helping businesses connect more effectively, every day. We’re now looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our fully remote team and help us accelerate innovation through AI-driven development practices . Your Role You’ll be instrumental in building scalable backend systems, creating high-performance APIs, and leveraging AI tools to automate, optimize, and elevate the development process. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain backend functionality using Java & Spring Boot Design and optimize databases with SQL Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, SNS, SQS) Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub & Jenkins Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable) to speed up coding, testing, and delivery Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful features What We’re Looking For 4–7 years of backend development experience Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and AWS Familiarity with or interest in AI-based development tools Remote working experience Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills What We Offer Fully remote work environment Competitive compensation aligned with experience A forward-thinking culture that embraces AI, automation, and innovation
