Job Title: Client Program Coordinator
Salary: 40,000-45,000 per month
Location: Hybrid Remote, Mohali (PB)
Shift Schedule: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Night Shift)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Client Program Lead the Client Program Coordinator serves as a support person for the Program Management team.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Input and maintain all requisitions into required systems based on client structure and service level agreements.
- Support coordination of job order distribution and communicate customer needs with approved vendors via phone, email, and/or Vendor Management System.
- Coordinate interview scheduling either independently or with support of other staff as needed.
- Enter all new hire information into appropriate systems and ensure all necessary communications are sent per client specifications.
- Create and maintain employee files in company and client systems, striving for 100% accuracy of data input.
- May coordinate start date/arrival instructions with vendors, CSS, HRAS, and employees as needed.
- Ensure data entry requests are completed and provide data entry support as needed.
- Take lead on following up on suspected COVID-19 cases, coordinating with others as needed to schedule testing, authorize paid leave, conduct contract tracing, and other related tasks.
- Assist in maintenance of all internal required reports and documents.
- Assist in completion of any ad hoc reporting requested by client.
- Contribute to the achievement of program service standards. 100% fulfillment on compliance requirements is expected.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree preferred; degree in Business or Human Resources preferred
- Experience in the Temporary Staffing industry or Human Resources preferred
- Experience and in customer service preferred
- Must have a strong desire to want to help people
- Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook preferred. Must be conversant and familiar with online tools.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit for 2 hours without standing, sit up to 8+ hours per day
- Ability to engage fine motor skills such as typing and writing for up to 2 hours without a break, use fine motor skills for up to 8+ hours per day
- Ability to see and read computer screen, employment documents and correspondence.
