Join our TechOps Finance team and play a key role in establishing global standards for product costing and manufacturing controlling. In this highly visible position, you will drive consistency across an international network, contribute to the S/4HANA transformation, and help optimize processes through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will make a direct impact on business performance and decision-making.
Your responsibilities
Lead the redesign of standard costing calculations, including start-up costs, excess capacity, and idle costs.
Develop end-to-end technical concepts to establish standardized costing benchmarks across manufacturing sites.
Ensure consistent implementation of costing standards within SAP and across the global network.
Further develop and maintain guidelines that support standardized production cost controlling practices.
Act as the subject matter expert and first point of contact for standard costing implementation and troubleshooting.
Coordinate and manage internal costing runs across the organization.
Serve as the central contact for new product launch calculations and COGS simulations.
Support the S/4HANA transformation by defining new standards for production cost controlling and product cost allocation.
Your qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Controlling, or a comparable qualification.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing Controlling.
Strong expertise in COGS calculations and the ability to explain system settings clearly and effectively.
Excellent SAP knowledge, particularly in routings, bills of materials (BOMs), work centers, transactions, and PCA.
Advanced IT skills and a strong affinity for systems, especially SAP FI/CO and SAP BW.
Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively while building strong working relationships.
Experience working in a multinational matrix organization and driving change initiatives.
Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally as required.
