As Complex Program Manager for Public Sector, you’ll steer complex IT programs with high uncertainty to deliver defined outcomes. You’ll map interdependencies, govern changes, and manage risk across the program and external environment. You’ll translate client vision into actionable plans through end-to-end consulting and delivery. You’ll lead multi-stakeholder communication and drive transformation initiatives in the public sector. This role offers a chance to shape large-scale programs at a company focused on human progress and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità
- 10+ years of experience managing large, complex IT projects or programs, preferably in professional services with senior-level client exposure
- Experience with customers across all project phases, including engagement and solution design, with geographic breadth
- Knowledge of Italy customer business sectors, preferably within Industry or Public Sector
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Comfort with engaging C-suite and translating technical complexity for diverse audiences
- Experience in portfolio management at scale
- Consult-to-delivery track record with client engagement and vision-to-delivery translation
- Ability to support technology adoption and change management, including resistance mitigation
- Knowledge of BI, data analysis, dashboards, and operational reporting
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2; PgMP is preferred; familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps
