Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a domestic E-Commerce inbound voice process. Candidates should have strong Malayalam communication skills along with average English communication skills.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline
- Age: Up to 30 years
- Malayalam mandatory with average English
Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts
- Rotational weekly off
- 6 working days per week
- 9-hour login: 8 productive hours + 1-hour break
Mandatory WFH System Requirements
- Personal laptop with Intel i5 processor
- 8 GB+ RAM
- Windows 10 or above
- Broadband connection with 20 Mbps+ speed
- Government-issued laptop is not eligible
- Candidate must attend the interview using a laptop
Typing Requirement
- Minimum 25 WPM
- Minimum 85% accuracy
- Typing-test result must be shared in PDF format with the candidate's name displayed.
