Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Data Engineer with strong expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, and Cloud Data Engineering to design, build, optimize, and manage enterprise-scale data platforms.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience administering Databricks environments, developing high-performance Spark applications, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and implementing secure, scalable data solutions.
• The candidate will collaborate with Data Architects, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to build modern cloud-native data platforms while ensuring operational excellence, cost optimization, and governance.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Data Engineering experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Databricks Administration and Development
• Databricks Certified Professional (Associate or Professional preferred)
• Strong experience with Apache Spark and PySpark
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale data platforms
