Working as a Mailing – Variable Data Processor, you can expect the following:• Read job tickets and set up variable data jobs per specifications• Manage and manipulate data is MS Excel• Create variable templates, perform merge and output files• Work with internal and external customers to answer questions, process paperwork and ensure USPS compliance.• Streamline mailing processes and procedures• Maintain expected quality standards• Other duties as assigned. Candidate Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• 3+ years of experience working in the printing/mailing industry• Experience with one or more of the following applications: XMPie, Planet Press, Fusion Pro, etc.• Experience with Postal presorting software desired (BCC, Postalsoft, etc.) and knowledge of using presorted mailing lists in accordance with USPS regulations• Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Acrobat and InDesign• Prepress experience a plus• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Legal stuffPrisma is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
