General Function
The Data Processor provides operational and administrative support in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate production data, system reporting, and coordination that supports production flow, quality, and compliance across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EH&S.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Validate daily production output, product type, and quantities.
- Perform daily headcount validation and production reporting.
- Support production flow and provide break coverage as needed.
- Serve as MES Superuser; troubleshoot system issues and support users.
- Enter, confirm, and reconcile production data in MES and SAP.
- Track production orders, consumables, and material usage.
- Support shift NCMRs, including documentation and closure tracking.
- Validate BOMs, routings, barcodes, and build accuracy.
- Track chemical usage and update VOC data for EH&S reporting.
- Prepare and distribute routine operational reports.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1+ year experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows and production reporting.
