Linkvue Communications Pty Ltd develops communication systems for the healthcare and aged care industries.
The company provides IT and electronics hardware services and as a result, there is need for an employee who can do the programming and software development solutions for clients. This is a full-time role for a right person with specific requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assisting our software engineer with the development of Linkvue’s healthcare communication platform
• Developing programs for PCBs for Linkvue’s nurse-call handsets, healthcare televisions and interface cards.
• Testing and Debugging of Linkvue’s proprietary software solutions and integrated hospital communication platform with HL7 integration
• Tailoring program solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders
• Ability to safely and securely work in healthcare/hospital and construction sites.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholders which includes healthcare professionals
• Android based IPTV application development
• Python, C, Java, HTML, CSS
• MySQL databases
• Understanding of software development for custom PCB solutions for nurse call interfaces, Patient-handset control and IPTV integration, television firmware
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
• Knowledge of API integration
• Experience in development of UDP Multicast software solutions
Experience and qualification Requirements:
• Bachelors in Informational Technology
• 1 Year of experience in similar role
Other essential skills for this position:
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholders (Patients, Healthcare staff, Hospital management and IT staff)
• C programming for proprietary hardware solutions developed for healthcare organisation requirements
• Knowledge of hospital communication, software and hardware integration, for patient infotainment platforms within the Australian and New Zealand Healthcare Industry
• White Card compliance
• Australian Driver’s License
• Ability to run in-field tests ad hoc
• Basic understanding of integration with Hl7
• Experience working around vulnerable persons
• On rare occasion the applicant may be required to work on-site on a ladder for in field system configuration or testing.
Salary - $95,000 – $98,000 plus super
