Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (API) and React (TypeScript)



  • Own modules end-to-end, including design, development, integration, and deployment


  • Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 developers


  • Participate in customer discussionsrequirement analysis, and code-level design for application


  • Handle application deployments and environment setup


  • Write and maintain unit test scripts for frontend and backend


  • Ensure effective Git repository management and version control practices


  • Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes




Qualifications

Educational qualification:


Any bachelor degree


Experience :



  • 6–10 years of overall IT experience in software development



Mandatory/requires Skills :



  • 6–10 years of overall IT experience in software development


  • Recent 2–3 years strong hands-on experience in:



    • Python API development (e.g., FastAPI/Django)


    • React with TypeScript


    • Database design and programming (MS SQL, PostgreSQL or similar)



  • Strong experience in database-centric web applications


  • Proven experience in team mentoring and technical leadership


  • Hands-on experience with code integration and module orchestration



Preferred Skills :
Exposure to AI/ML-based applications



  • Experience with Azure DevOps


  • Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
