This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office. Remote applicants will not be considered.
Responsibilities for the Software Engineer
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that enhance core product capabilities within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing applications while providing ongoing technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
Contribute to the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web-based healthcare platforms.
Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to build cloud-native, distributed systems aligned with healthcare compliance and performance standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams—including product managers, QA, and clinical stakeholders—to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions on schedule.
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous delivery.
Stay current with emerging technologies, healthcare IT regulations, and industry best practices, proactively contributing to process improvements and innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with hands-on expertise in building modern web applications, backend services, and user-facing systems.
Experience working in healthcare IT or EHR/EMR systems is highly desirable.
