YOUR ROLE

  • Investigate and drive root cause & problem solving for complex yield and integration issues with fast feedback and corrective action
  • Monitor and improve EWS zero yield and yield performance, and reduce scraps by correctly identifying root cause and putting in place CAPA to avoid re-occurrence
  • Provide timely lot disposition based on inline, defect, T84 and EWS data
  • Support capacity improvement by participating in qualification definition and report analysis preparation
  • Work on data correlation, analysis, and statistics, drawing data from all aspects (yield, parametric, SPC, defectivity, tool and process data for example FDC, process time, output parameters)
  • Setup smart manufacturing solution for data analytics and insights, drawing from a broad background of Big Data techniques in statistics, simulation, information technology, machine learning, data engineering etc to discover insightful patterns in semiconductor manufacturing data
  • Liaise with Division for product issue, improvement, new product transfer and development
  • Work with Process engineers and Division on new tool and process change qualification, and other improvement activities
  • Work with Customer Quality for ICC & ECC improvement

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Good understanding of Device physics and Semiconductor Process Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), or a related engineering discipline
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details
  • High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • Able to work under tight timeline and stress
