- Code number :J *- Entry level :Professionals- Location :Mexico- Organization :MHP Mexico- Tasks Tasks Tasks :- Join MHP Mexico and help shape the digital transformation of leading automotive clients.As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll analyze complex on-premise systems built in C++ and Java, modernize them for the AWS cloud, and guide clients through their cloud migration journey — from architecture and automation to deployment and operations.
- Key Responsibilities - Assess and refactor existing systems ( C++ / Java ) for cloud readiness.
- Design and implement AWS-based architectures (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3).
- Automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes using Shell scripting, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code .
- Work closely with clients to define migration strategies, best practices, and performance goals.
- Ensure security, reliability, and scalability throughout the transformation process.
-- Qualifications Qualifications Qualifications :- Technical Expertise - Strong professional experience with C++ , Java , and Oracle SQL .
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services and Linux environments .
- Familiarity with CI/CD , Docker , and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable working in client-facing roles.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- (preferred) Experience with Python scripting for automation and tooling.
- Preferred Skills & Experience - 3+ years of experience in software development, maintenance, or modernization projects.
- Exposure to automotive or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, capable of understanding complex business requirements.
