Project DescriptionThe team is developing a next-generation web application to support a proprietary platform for cell therapy manufacturing. The platform enables full customization of manufacturing workflows, real-time process monitoring, and automatic generation of electronic batch records. This position involves providing production support and troubleshooting across critical infrastructure components including ElasticSearch, Docker containers, Azure DevOps pipelines, and PostgreSQL databases. This position involves providing hands-on 24/7 production support, particularly focused on the early shift covering 00:00–08:00 UTC+3 (including weekends and public holidays) to ensure critical uptime and system stability.

What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on 24/7 production support for web-based manufacturing systems;
- Troubleshoot and analyze ElasticSearch logs and Docker container health using docker stats and other diagnostic tools;
- Monitor and maintain cloud resources and deployments via Azure Portal and Azure DevOps;
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure system stability, performance, and reliability;
- Ensure proper API documentation is maintained using Swagger;
- Write scripts or use tools to automate diagnostics and response to system alerts;
- Document incidents and resolution steps; proactively identify areas for operational improvement.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing production environments;
- Proven expertise with ElasticSearch, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL, Swagger, .NET, and Docker;
- Strong understanding of system performance optimization and container troubleshooting;
- Experience working in Azure environments, including managing cloud resources and services;
- Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools - desirable;
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed team;
- English: B2 or higher (spoken and written).
