Role & Responsibilities:
1. Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using best practices and industry
standards.
2. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of
applications.
3. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, reliability, and
scalability on AWS.
4. Monitor and troubleshoot AWS services and infrastructure to ensure high availability and
performance.
5. Implement security best practices and compliance standards for AWS environments.
6. Automate repetitive tasks and processes using scripting languages and infrastructure-as-code
tools.
7. Participate in performance tuning, and cost optimization initiatives.
8. Document and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams,
runbooks, and deployment guides.
9. Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers, patches to support web applications and
services.
10. Manage web server software (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and configure virtual hosts, SSL
certificates, and web application firewalls.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS,
Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation).
3. Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD, automation, and
infrastructure-as-code.
4. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
5. Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and container
orchestration.
6. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus).
7. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
environment.
9. Experience managing Linux servers and web server software (e.g., Apache, Nginx).
10. Knowledge of web application architectures and protocols (e.g., HTTP, HTTPS, REST).
Preferred Qualifications:
1. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or other relevant AWS certifications.
2. Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
3. Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
4. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
