We are looking for a J
unior–Mid DevOps Engineer to join our internal bench team. In this role, you will focus on enabling and supporting internal development teams by building and improving CI/CD pipelines, automating processes, and ensuring secure and efficient infrastructure. Unlike project delivery roles, these positions are not client-facing, allowing you to focus on technical delivery and internal collaboration.
Responsibilities

Build and set up development tools and infrastructure (CI/CD pipelines)
Automate and improve development and release processes
Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
Ensure systems security, patching, and compliance with best practices
Troubleshoot technical issues, develop fixes, and perform upgrades
Work with developers to align infrastructure with application needs
Support Kubernetes deployments (Helm, Ingress) and Azure DevOps tooling
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams

Requirements

3–4 years of professional experience in DevOps or system administration
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
Strong knowledge of Linux or Windows systems administration and Microsoft SQL Server
Hands-on experience maintaining and deploying apps on Kubernetes
Practical experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, TeamCity, Octopus
Familiarity with networking and security (firewalls, routing, DNS, TLS/SSL)
Patching, vulnerability management, and automation practices
Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g. Veracode, Qualys, Gradar)
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Cloud experience (Azure required, AWS/GCP a plus)
Polish and English, fluent working proficiency
