What we're looking for: We're looking for an Dev Ops Engineer that will contribute to make our infrastructures more scalable, secure and reliable while improving our deployment cycles. 5+ years operating business-critical systems in high-availability production environments. Strong Linux knowledge and networking fundamentals. Solid production experience operating Kubernetes (EKS or equivalent) with Helm, Git Ops (Argo CD) and cloud-native architectures. Strong AWS expertise across core services (compute, networking, storage, IAM). Proven experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management (Puppet, Terraform, Ansible). Strong automation and scripting skills (Python, Bash). Experience operating production messaging/queueing and caching systems (Rabbit MQ, Celery, Redis). Experience with CI/CD and observability, including incident management and root-cause analysis. An ownership, product-oriented mindset (your users are internal teams), with a proactive approach to documentation and knowledge sharing. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams. Bonus points for experience with: Python/Django. Systems/network security, secrets management, compliance standards, and AWS cost optimization (Fin Ops). Progressive delivery and advanced Kubernetes autoscaling (Argo CD, KEDA, Istio). Modernizing or migrating legacy infrastructure (configuration management to Kubernetes, CDK/Cloudformation/Terraform). SRE practices such as SLOs and error budgets. Our stack: Cloud: AWS (multi-account) and GCP. Containers & orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, Argo CD — with Istio, KEDA and Argo Rollouts. Infrastructure/Configuration as code: AWS CDK, Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, Puppet. CI/CD: Jenkins, Git Hub Actions (hybrid with self-hosted runners). Data & messaging: Rabbit MQ, Celery, Redis (Elasti Cache), RDS, Dynamo DB, S3. Backend we support: Python/Django services, feature flags and configuration management.
