What you’ll do (but not limited to):
Oversee and ensure compliance with the established document naming conventions in use by the business
Ensure documents are checked, reviewed, registered and distributed in accordance with the established procedures or standards
Process outgoing documentation to Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers/3rd parties.
Monitor technical documents review and approval in accordance with agreed programme
Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required
What you’re good at:
Administration or document control experience required (upload/manage files, draft mail items and transmittals)
Working with the Quality Manager in overseeing and ensuring compliance with the established document naming conventions
Experience with document management systems and software, particularly Team Binder/In-Eight
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to liaise with diverse project stakeholders
Ability to format documents and templates in Microsoft word and Excel at an intermediate level
