We seek an experienced document controller adept at managing documents, records, and project information within the EPC/IPP industry. This role demands strict adherence to standards and the capability to organize and handle large volumes of documentation and managing an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, safety, construction, asset management, and project management, ensuring accurate and prompt fulfilment of information requests.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate storage, retrieval, and communication of reports, records, and documents for engineering, quality, safety, project management, and asset management functions. Prepare transmittals, submit documents, and manage documentation exchange with project groups, third parties, and vendors/contractors. Maintain and retrieve documents, records, letters, and certificates within the project’s folder structure. Manage the site’s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Reproduce and communicate information in both printed and electronic formats to engineering, WHSEQ, site teams, third-party contractors, and clients. Issue transmittals to contractors, and project teams; receive and collate all project communications from contractors and vendors for the engineering, WHSEQ, and project teams. Ensure timely and accurate document distribution to relevant parties. Track and manage document revisions and updates (MDL updating). Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive records of project documents. Provide document control reports to stakeholders. Participate in and prepare for audits, ensuring compliance. Conduct regular document checks and implement corrective actions to assure quality. Skills & Competencies
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS-office & expertise in managing documents. Expertise with digital document management systems such as SharePoint, Think project, PIRS, etc.
