The Role
We’re seeking a detail-driven Document Controller to join a leading Defence project delivery team. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating and managing large volumes of project documentation across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Maintain registers, version control, and tracking across multiple systems (SharePoint, Aconex, etc.)
- Coordinate documentation flow between engineering, design, commercial, and project delivery teams
- Support project staff to comply with document control standards and procedures
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative project support
- Coordinate and deliver practical completion documentation
We’re Looking For
- Australian Citizen
- 3–5 years’ experience in document control within engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Confident working in fast-paced, high-volume project environments
- Police check required prior to commencement
- Proficiency with document management systems such as SharePoint or Aconex
