Electronics Assembler
Job Title: Electronic Assembler
Location: Santa Clara, CA (onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, electrically test, troubleshoot, and inspect quality of electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Read, interpret, and follow schematics, engineering drawings, bills of material, and standing instructions.
- Perform wire cutting, unpacking, and repacking tasks as part of assembly duties.
- Utilize various hand tools (micrometers, calipers, gauge pins), testing tools (HiPot tester, Multimeter), and other standard power hand tools.
- Inspect parts for geometrical, dimensional, tolerance, and visual requirements per incoming POs.
- Pack finished products for delivery and verify shipments per Work Orders.
- Maintain quality documentation and help support ISO certification, document maintenance, audits, and training.
- Accurately receive materials coming into the Assembly Center, whether from vendors, customers, or other warehouses.
- Document and control all non-conforming material; assist with inventory management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
- Ability to read and understand schematics and work instructions.
- Experience in assembly, particularly electromechanical assembly, is preferred.
- Warehouse experience, including packaging and material handling.
- Experience with PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks) or forklift operation is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking skills and keen attention to detail.
- Must not have or take on any driving responsibilities during the assignment.
- Must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
