Job Description

We are looking for an Embedded Software Developer (Intermediate Level) who is willing to work on a project where each team member contributes to the software development success of Braking Systems features. Technical curiosity combined with a passion for engineering is required. The role demands strategic problem solving, ownership of building artifacts for automotive applications, adherence to build‑and‑setup engineering guidelines, knowledge of the build framework, and configuration of entities and applications.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • C/C++ programming experience (mid‑level: more than 3 years in industry).
  • Experience on automotive industry projects as an embedded software developer or similar, preferably in braking systems (more than 3 years).
  • Experience implementing AUTOSAR Classic related projects (more than 3 years).
  • Experience with AUTOSAR (DEM/DSW/DSM) components.
  • Experience with the software development life cycle (V‑model, ASPICE).
  • Knowledge of configuration and change‑management tools (e.g., Git, ALM).
  • CAN protocol, LIN, UDS (intermediate knowledge with practical troubleshooting).
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently while tackling complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English language—professional level.
  • Able to learn independently, self‑learning skills.
  • Unit test‑driven development / unit testing experience (e.g., CANtata).
  • Knowledge and experience with quality processes and safety standards such as ASPICE/CMMI and ISO 26262.
