What You'll Do
- Design and develop interactive, role-specific eLearning courses and training modules from the ground up
- Write clear learning objectives, compelling course descriptions, and realistic scenario-based knowledge checks
- Test completed courses for functionality, quality, and timing - then refine based on feedback
- Collaborate with Epic analysts and technical teams to solve content and delivery challenges
- Incorporate system updates and changes into existing curriculum and documentation
- Maintain and test the training environment to keep everything running smoothly
- Coordinate training logistics - courses, classrooms, registrations, and timelines
What We Need From You
- Epic certification in Grand Central/Prelude - this is required, not preferred
- Hands-on experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and training program creation
- Proficient with web-based authoring tools and multimedia development platforms
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and how to apply them in a healthcare setting
- Able to hit aggressive deadlines independently while collaborating closely with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bonus If You Have
- 3+ years of Epic experience across multiple modules
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- Background in healthcare training or customer-facing education roles
