We are looking for a Full Stack Java Engineer and a Tech Lead with strong modernization and AI adoption experience.
Core Technical Skills:
- 5+ years Java development (Spring Boot, microservices)
- Experience building REST APIs
- Frontend experience with React or Angular ideal to have both
- SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred, OCP also acceptable)
- Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Messaging systems (Kafka or RabbitMQ)
- CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible)
- Agile/Scrum environment experience (2+ years)
AI & Modernization Focus: EXPERIENCE FOR LEAD, EXPOSURE FOR FS ROLE
- Experience or exposure to GenAI tools (any tools acceptable)
- Strong AI mindset and willingness to adopt and lead AI-driven development practices
- Expected to act as an AI champion within the team, helping drive adoption of tools like: GitHub Copilot; Tachyon ; Devon AI; Emerging tools like Claude Code when available
Additional Notes: FOR LEAD ROLE
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required
- Role is focused on application modernization and AI-enabled engineering practices
- Playwright experience is a plus
