What You'll Do

Build and ship full-stack product features from concept to production
Design and develop reliable backend services, APIs, and system architecture
Turn complex business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
Research and evaluate new technologies, approaches, and tools when solving unfamiliar problems
Improve system performance, reliability, maintainability, and scalability
Work closely with the founding team on product and technical decisions
Take ownership of problems from analysis and design through to implementation and delivery
Use modern AI tools effectively to accelerate development, research, debugging, and problem-solving
What We're Looking For
2+ years of professional software development experience
Strong backend development
and full-stack engineering fundamentals
Good understanding of
system architecture, APIs, databases, and software engineering principles
Ability to think at a system level and design solutions, not just implement individual features
Strong research, problem-solving, and self-learning ability
Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies and independently find practical solutions
Strong awareness of information security, data privacy, access control, and secure development practices
Strong product mindset and ability to translate requirements into practical technical solutions
High level of ownership, accountability, and engineering discipline
Comfortable using AI coding and research tools
to improve engineering speed, quality, and productivity
Nice to Have
Experience building and operating production software systems
Experience designing scalable backend architectures
Experience with enterprise software or system integrations
Experience working in a fast-moving startup or product engineering environment
Strong interest in AI products, automation, and emerging technologies
