About the Role: We're looking for an Full Stack Developer (AI) to develop AI-powered solutions that drive digital transformation. You'll design, build, and deploy scalable applications while working with AI technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.

Work Setup: Hybrid (50% RTO)
Work Shift: Mid Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications.
- Build AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Dify .
- Develop applications using Python and modern software development practices.
- Build and integrate APIs and microservices.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python .
- Experience with CI/CD , APIs, and enterprise application integration.
- Hands-on experience developing AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or Dify .
- Experience building solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP .
- Strong English communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Spring Boot and/or OutSystems .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
