As a Full Stack Developer Senior Associate, you will engage in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on creating cutting-edge applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. Responsibilities
- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing Java, Python, and JavaScript to create scalable and efficient software systems
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline development processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Applying Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies to improve software quality
- Managing API integrations and confirming seamless communication between systems
- Conducting code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve software reliability
- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to optimize performance
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Leveraging microservices architecture to build flexible and modular applications
- Supporting client management by building meaningful relationships and understanding client needs
- Navigating complex situations and adapting to changing business contexts
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Java and JavaScript for application development
