We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Manager to lead a team of developers while designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise across frontend and backend technologies, experience with cloud-based applications, and a proven ability to manage and mentor development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Oversee frontend and backend application development.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Manage application deployments and support production releases.
- Drive technical decisions, continuous improvement, and Agile delivery.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of full stack development experience.
- Experience leading or managing software development teams.
- Strong frontend development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Next.js.
- Strong backend development experience with Java (11–17+), Node.js, .NET Core, or Python.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and application deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
