Lead Full Stack Developer (Javascript)

Technical Qualifications:
Frontend Development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS, with hands-on experience using Material UI (MUI).
- Skilled in building responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML and CSS.
Backend Development
- Extensive experience in Node.js development, with proven expertise in LoopBack 3 and LoopBack 4 frameworks.
- Working knowledge of NestJS is an advantage.
Database Technologies
- PostgreSQL experience is required.
- Knowledge of Oracle, MongoDB, and MSSQL is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Batch and Bash scripting is a plus.
Tools, Platforms, and Middleware
Working knowledge of the following technologies is an advantage:
- Apache Kafka
- Keycloak
- ZOLOZ eKYC
- NGINX
- Control-M
- GitLab
- Jira
Operating Systems
- Familiar with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows operating systems
AI-Assisted Development
- Familiarity with AI-driven coding assistants is preferred.
- Candidates without prior experience must demonstrate the ability to rapidly learn and integrate AI tools to improve development efficiency.
Others:
- Candidates who have been recently employed or with no more than 6 months of employment gap are preferred.
- Banking industry experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Waterfall SDLC methodology is required; Agile experience is a plus.
For Lead Roles
- Must have directly managed at least 5 FTEs for a minimum of 2 years.
- Should possess adequate communication and presentation skills for stakeholder and team interactions.
- Must have a strategic and analytical mindset capable of handling complex tasks and decision-making responsibilities
